load size from cached maps A bug we had is that if we change the size of the map, then our draw-related functions would happily go out-of-bound, because they use map_size instead of the actual size of the map. Now, if we're loading a cached map we're gonna update map_size too.

reworked how levels are generated no more the get_tree() passing around, no more thing that starts in _ready()... The LevelManager loads the scene BEFORE the loading scene, then adds the loading scene, then generates the map and only THEN removes the loading and draw the map (and place the player)
